Directions from the South on I-65 From Shelby county go north and exit on Lakeshore Drive, which is exit 255. Go east on Lakeshore Drive for 2.4 miles and exit up on to Highway 31 South. Take the Brookwood Medical Center Ramp, which is the first ramp. Turn left towards the hospital. At the first stop light, turn left and follow that service road around the back of the hospital. The Medical Plaza building will be on your left and has it’s own entrance and parking deck on your left. Our office is in Suite 501, on the fifth floor of the Medical Plaza building.
Directions from the South on U.S. 280
From Shelby county go north 2.8 miles past the I-459 interchange and exit on Alabama Highway 149/ Shades Creek Parkway. Go west on Shades Creek Parkway for one half mile and turn left at the light in front of the Shell Station-this is Brookwood Boulevard. The parking deck for the Medical Plaza building is on your immediate right. Look for the blue sign, turn right and proceed up into the deck. Our office Suite is 501, on the fifth floor of the Medical Plaza building.

From the Hoover, Vestavia areas go north on U.S. 31 and exit at the Brookwood Medical Center Ramp and look for the signs to the Medical Plaza building on your left.
